Slow-braised root vegetables in red wine, with mushrooms, tomato & thyme.

Ingredients: tomatoes, red wine, water, beetroot, onions, carrots, mushrooms brown, olive oil, tomato puree, garlic, dried mushrooms, salt, thyme, black pepper, paprika, date syrup, bay leaves
